Time slots for regular, IPs, and special session are 20 minutes, divided as follows:
- a 15-minute talk
- 5 minutes for Q&A
Presenters are kindly asked to prepare slides and upload them to the room computer via memory stick or hard drive, at least 20 minutes before the session starts.
Kindly be at the session room approx. 20 minutes before the session starts to meet the session chairs and familiarise yourself with the technical equipment and presentation atmosphere. Please keep the time limit of your presentation in mind. The session chair will interrupt your presentation if it exceeds the given time limit.
Late-breaking results (LBR)
LBR presenters are kindly asked to prepare a 5-minute pitch to briefly summarize their work and engage the audience before the following poster session. The pitch session will not include questions, which will be saved for the following LBR poster session.
LBR presenters are kindly asked to prepare slides and upload them to the room computer via memory stick or hard drive, at least 20 minutes before the session starts.

Please prepare a printed poster in A1 format (594 × 841 mm), oriented vertically. You must print the poster yourself and bring it to the Symposium. It is strictly forbidden to bring individual pages and assemble them on-site. VTS will provide the poster stand and the necessary fasteners.
Your poster should be set up at least 15 minutes before the start of your poster session
TTTC’s E. J. McCluskey Best Doctoral Thesis Award
Time slots for McCluskey Best Doctoral Thesis Award sessions are 20 minutes, divided as follows:
