Fax Reservation Procedure
Hotel will accept reservations made by fax using the Fax-in Reservation Form.
Online Reservation Procedure
The Hotel shall also offer individuals the opportunity to make online reservations by way of the
Hotel’s web site.
Meeting attendees will reference IEEE VTS09 as GROUP CODE when making online reservations.

The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, and applicable sales/room
tax (10%).
All the following amenities are also included:
High-speed internet access in beach villas, studios, suites and select public areas.
Use of Fitness Center and Swimming Pool at Seascape Sports Club.
All housekeeping and bell staff gratuities.
Transportation throughout the resort.
Note that the online reservation system does not allow cents and actual prices are $192.50, $207.90 and $346.50 for deluxe,
one bedroom and two bedroom respectively. The actual rate will reflect upon arrival and final payment.
Ten special discounted 2-bedroom villas
VTS09 has negotiated special discounted rate ($302.50) for TEN 2-bedroom villas.
These 2-bedroom villas can accommodate 2-4 persons.
These rooms are intended for students and people who can double up and share the cost.
VTS attendees (students with higher priority) who are interested in sharing accommodation in a 2-bedroom Villa with others,
please email your information to Chen-Huan Chiang
Advance Deposit Requirements
Reservation Guarantee: The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation.
To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either:
- send a check or money order covering the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax, or
- send a signed letter or form authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest’s credit card, or
- give the guest’s credit card information through the secure website.
Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit
are forfeited.
Refund Policy
Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received 48 hours prior
to 6:00 p.m. the arrival date. The Hotel shall allow name changes without any penalty.
All guaranteed reservations will receive written confirmation from the Hotel.

Travel Information |

From the Bay Area, go south to Highway 880, which becomes Highway 17 south.
Take Highway 1 south exit (Watsonvill/Monterey) from Highway 17 and continue 9 miles south to the "San Andreas/Larkin Valley Road" exit.
Follow San Andreas west to Seascape Blvd. (flashing stop sign).
Follow Seascape Blvd. to end, cross Sumner Blvd. to Seascape Resort Drive.
Seascape Resort is across Sumner and on your left.
