Coronavirus COVID-19 recent pandemic outbreak became a worldwide health issue affecting an increasing number of people.

Due to companies and universities travel restrictions and the worsening of the airline travel plans and countries bans, we could not move forward with the conference organization while keeping the same level of quality for the technical and social program. 

VTS  Management and Steering Committee have decided to organize a virtual VTS 2020 hosted online in the last week of April, instead of the physical one planned from April 6th-9th in San Diego, California. 

The kick-off of the virtual conference will be announced soon.  Detailed information will be posted in the next couple of weeks on the VTS website.

All papers that will be presented in the virtual conference will be published in IEEE Xplore. 

We deeply regret  taking such a decision, but we are committed to the  health and safety of all attendees and to our community and help contain the spread of the disease.
