Early registration discount rates are applicable only for early registration on-line, mail, or fax by April 11, 2008.
On-line registration ended on April 11. You can either register on-site at the Symposium,
or download the "On-Site Registration Form" and fax it by Monday April 21st, 2008 5:00 pm EST.

Hotel Reservation |

Due the popularity of VTS2008, VTS hotel Rancho Bernardo Inn is at sold-out occupancy for certain dates of VTS.
If you encounter difficulties in hotel reservation at Rancho Bernardo Inn, either on-line or by telephone,
- Please contact VTS08 Registration Chair Claude Thibeault who may try to help possibly (but not guaranteed) with VTS hotel reservations at Rancho Bernardo Inn.
- Make a backup (or actual) reservation at Hilton Garden Inn Rancho Bernardo or Radisson Suites Rancho Bernardo via on-line travel agent such as Expedia.com. Both hotels are about 2 miles away from Rancho Bernardo Inn.
"Hilton Garden Inn - Rancho Bernardo" provides a shuttle service for local transport on a first come
first served basis. The shuttle can take you within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
VTS is also in the process of coordinating with "Hilton Garden Inn - Rancho Bernardo" to provide
roundtrip services between VTS hotel and "Hilton Garden Inn - Rancho Bernardo".
Expedia at this point lists rates for all three VTS nights of $136 for the Hilton, and $159 for the Radisson.
Hotel Deadline
Hotel deadline extended to April 8. Due to the popularity of VTS2008, the on-line reservation system may not be able to
reserve rooms at VTS discounted rate for certain dates during your VTS stay.

IMPORTANT:The reservation cut-off date is Friday, 7 April 2008 at 5:00 pm Pacific time to obtain the special
discount rate ($169.00 US) single/double, plus tax. After April 7, 2008, reservations may be taken if space is available; however, rates may be higher.
To cancel a reservation and receive a refund, you must notify the resort by 6:00 PM on your arrival date.
