Important Author and Speaker Information

At least one author per regular and Late Breaking Result (LBR) papers must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full Member / Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students. All published papers need to be associated with a unique full registration charge. If an author wants to register for multiple papers, they can add additional papers during the registration process for an extra payment for paper.

For the Special Session and Innovative Practice talks, each speaker needs to register at the full Member / Non-Member registration rate.  If a speaker wants to present in multiple sessions, they can add those during the registration process for an extra payment per talk.

Each panelist is required to register at the full Member or Non-Member registration rate.

Participants in the Ph.D. Thesis Competition and /or the Research Forum may register at the Member or Non-Member student rate only if they are not speakers in any other session. 

The author/speaker registration deadline and the early registration rates deadline is March 15 2026.

Invitation letters are generated automatically at the end of the registration procedure.
