The VTS 2026 Student Forum serves the purpose of promoting impactful student research work, providing students with exposure to the test technology community and prospective employers, and supporting interaction between academia and industry in the field of test technology. The Student Forum welcomes submissions from students at all levels of their education (undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students) who are working on test-related topics.
Submission Guidelines: All submissions must follow the structure provided in the official template to ensure that each candidate presents the crucial aspects of their work, enabling experts to make an adequate assessment against the evaluation criteria.
Eligibility: Students at all levels (undergraduate, master’s, and PhD) are eligible to participate in the Student Forum.
Format Requirements:

- Cover page: One page with candidate details using the provided table format in the template
- Extended Abstract: Maximum 2 pages including the following aspects: motivation, challenges, scientific contribution description, impact with respect to state-of-the-art, and key obtained results
- References and Publications: Maximum 1 page
Formatting Specifications: Font size 10 points, Times New Roman, single column format, with all margins (top, bottom, left, right) of at least 15 mm (not including headers or footers).
Publication: If accepted, all Student Forum presenters will be asked to submit a camera-ready version (including the 2-page extended abstract and 1-page list of references) to be included in the VTS 2026 Student Forum Publication, which will be part of the conference proceedings and available in IEEE Xplore.
Prospective contestants must submit a document following this template.
